Queso Blanco Salsa Dip
This cheesy dip is ooey, gooey, savory goodness! The soft, velveety texture is mixed with the spicy zing of salsa and jalapenos. It's strangely comforting and very satisfying. Serve it at a party or make a bowl all for yourself — no one is judging.
16 oz. package of Velveeta Queso Blanco Cheese
3/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup Rivera's Family Recipe Medium Salsa
Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes and add to a small saucepan with the milk. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts and the milk is fully incorporated.
Add the salsa and stir thoroughly. Transfer the cheese dip into a serving bowl and top with freshly chopped jalapeno and cilantro. Enjoy with chips or popcorn.
